Refunds

In general no refunds except in case where service is unable to be provided. Upgrade and cancel subscription renewal at anytime.

Privacy and Data Collection

Shared Flight does not collect billing information. That is managed by our third-party provider, Recurly, and payment gateways. They know what they are doing when it comes to security and credit card hacks. We do not.

Obviously we collect data about your aircraft as its flying for syncing to others. We do not sell or share this informaiton to third parties.

Shared Flight is based in the United States. No matter where you are located, you consent to the processing and transferring of your information in and to the United States and other countries. The laws of the United States and other countries governing data collection may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live; nor am I a laywer.

If you provide information in order to obtain access to the Services, we will use your information to provide you with access to such Services and monitor your use of such Services. We will not share personal information or sell personal information. If at any time you wish to not receive any future marketing communications, or you wish to have your name deleted from our mailing lists, please contact us via our support email.

Children

Our Services are generally for users age 13 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13 and believe they have disclosed personal information to us please contact us.

Your rights

If applicable, GDPR affords the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability. You also have a right of objection against processing and to processing for the purposes of direct marketing. You can also unsubscribe from our emails using the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of one of our emails. If you are reading this you probably know way more about this than me, so get in touch. :-)
